Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 cup beef broth

Directions

  • Cook on 'Chicken Meat' setting for one hr letting the steam release on its on. Practise not open at the end of the cooking time.

  • After about 15 minutes the pressure release should be ready to open up up. Remove beef and serve with gravy, mash potatoes on a slice of fresh thick sandwich breadstuff.

I am super amazed at how well this turned out in the Electric Power Pressure Cooker. My hubby says this is the all-time Open-Faced Roast Beef Sandwich he has always had.  He compared it to the HUGE portion meal he enjoys at Blue Ribbon Diner out in Swanton Ohio.  Mine tastes similar it has less salt mainly because I didn't use the drippings from the lesser of the pan for the gravy.
